We love freshness and thoroughness. That is why we support local farmers, from whom we take quality BIO meat. We then cut the individual pieces ourselves and process them completely, so we know exactly what the dishes are made of. We even offer customers the opportunity to personally compare the quality of meat according to the time of maturation and breed. And what are we preparing from all of this?
